In a very few words, We want to welcome you to a new concept, a new innovation where we take pride in professionalism and promise you one thing, -our standard will be incomparable to any you have known. This website seeks to illuminate a continent, people, and culture that have been relegated to the back door, and labeled as helpless. We seek to tell our stories to those who care to listen, the side that never gets told. We seek to show our hospitality as loving people proud of their culture and traditions. We want to tell all those who care to listen ...I AM AFRICA. I am not just a part of a race or ethnic group; I embody the continent, the people, the culture; I embody the Motherland. Once again welcome to wasoto.com, and please tell us how you feel about this website. |

This is good idea to help Africans around the world locate places to find stuffs they usually consume back home... I will like to ask many of you out there in Africa to bring fantastic pictures of your area to this site so we can have a place to show Africa is something else than war and misery!!! Let's make the Post Card exchange of this site illuminate Africa as Wasoto says.... |

I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS WEBSITE. IT AMAZES ME WITH WAY WE AS AFRICANS HAVE IMPROVED TO COMING OUT WITH A GREAT AND MARVELOUS WEBSITE LIKE THIS. I USED TO WONDER IF CALIFORNIA DOES HAVE AN AFRICAN RESTAURANT BUT WITH THE COMING OF THIS SITE, I CANNOT ONLY DISCOVER THE LOCATIONS OF RESTAURANTS IN THE BAY AREA, I CAN FIND UP-TO-DATE EVENTS, ACTIVITIES AND BUSINESS INFORMATION SPECIFICALLY IF INTERESTED. SPECIAL THANKS TO ALL THOSE WHO HAS CONTRIBUTED TO THIS TREMENDOUS ACHIEVEMENT. IT IS INDEED FANTASTIC! |

This is a really nice website, with lots of information and facts. I really like how the website posted different forms of services that people would looking for. A few suggestion I have is first update the California information, and possibly add place for individual to post their resumes. |

I like this website, from design and layout of site to ease of navigation. It is great to have all the African businesses listed in one place. One time I was looking online for a good West African restaurant in the Bay Area and it took me forever to locate it. Same was with finding an African art shop. No doubt this site will make the search easier, more convenient and less time consuming. Thank you! I will definitely be coming back. |
